I have an aversion to strong grassy flavours. Took a risk with this, and I was gladly surprised by how good this was.

A blend of pureed broccoli, peas, leeks, zucchini, and baby spinach, this gloopy thick soup / broth / stew held robust vegetal sweet savoury grassy earthy flavours.

But the star is the garnish of crisp fried shallots, lending a layer of savoury salty spice flavour that made this so addictive.

Served with flatbread with grainy bready sweet flavour, which was fluffy towards the edges and crisp towards the center.
