The grilled salmon has very crispy skin while being super tender on the inside. It is served with their usual super delicious fries and salad. The salmon here is sourced fresh everyday. You don’t get any frozen salmon here at Paper Crane. I'm honestly quite satisfied with their rendition and I'll definitely be back for this! 😉
