Upon the request of less oil and less salt, my appetizing bowl of Mala was of optimum grease and flavor. Wondering what optimum translates to? Well in my (humble) record- a great combination of oily and spiciness that your belly will thank you for without being too cloggy and "jelat". On top of the taste, I'd commend the stall for wok frying a bowl of dry chinese spices with well textured meat and vegetables- great spot for Mala in the East 👍🏻
