From August 1 to October 31, diners can experiment an exclusive Argentina’s vibrant flavours as award-winning bartender Renato “Tato” Giovannoni, ranked in 2022 as one of the top 10 bartenders in the world by Drinks International, and culinary and hospitality maestro Alex Resnik present a three-month Argentinian restaurant and bar takeover at One-Ninety Restaurant and One-Ninety Bar. Available for A La Carte dinner and 7 courses Omakase Criollo ($168++ per person).

My favourite for the starter will be veal tongue “pampa style “ while the main will be frog legs a La Provenzal.
