This is my favourite dessert option around Kent Ridge. I love soya bean and this ice cream carries a hint of it, plus, since it’s made from soy, it’s more healthy and less sinful than regular soft serve. It’s a really affordable treat at $1.80 as well. Consistency of the ice cream does vary from outlet to outlet as some turn out more frozen-slush than others (like the Raffles Exchange outlet), but the one at NUH has always been pretty much like soft serve every time I’ve visited. Their cones are probably from a supplier but I do love how fragrant they are, and I always buy the cones because they’re the best part of any ice cream.
