Seems plain but boy it was so tasty! Topped with a crispy sunny side up (& brownie points for the runny yolk), we were told to mix all of the ingredients. The yolk provided a creamy and eggy base, alongside the dark sauce (which is reminiscent of ๅค่้ฅญ). It was an intensely fragrant and tasty treat. The crispy pork pieces also provided an additional texture and were really tasty as well. Recommend!
