First time trying fancy croissant from @brotherbird_bakehouse, it was a gift from friend and heard it cost $9.50 each, and it sold out really quickly.😳

Plain Au Chocolat - Not too bad, good quality chocolate and very well done on the lamination, was light in the middle and the chewiness of the dough was just right.

Limited Edition: Thai Milk Tea
It killed me on the spot with the over whelming of filling Thai milk tea, it’s not sweet but it was so a little too much. I cannot! It hit me straight into sugar high and overload. 🤢

I think I’m still a very classic croissant person, I love my plain croissant nothing fancy. 🥐
