Pork ribs were extremely tender and moist, pigtail was cooked to gelatinous perfection with just a small bite, really lovely. The pork slices were tough though

A thin savoury dark sauce at the bottom with just a bit of heat, very different from the usual base. The prawn stock was different too, with a dominant salty punch(but they DK or they didn't want to reveal what constitutes the base of the stock)

Overall it's pretty good and justifies the price. The portion is huge as you can tell too
