The food is also pretty bomb with the Mapo Doufu being their most popular dish. An original Chen family recipe using doubanjiang (chilli broad bean paste), its perfect with a bowl of premium Hokkaido rice, the contrast of the fiery red and orange hues from the tofu and the pearl snow white rice being strangely satisfying.

Despite it having a decent amount of spice, the heat is surprisingly not intense as it looks.
