Rounding off our 3 course meal at this beautiful restaurant at Sofitel Singapore City Centre at Tanjong Pagar is this Asian influenced fried taro.

It was really good. It was served on a bed of azuki bean paste, with sesame sable and coconut sorbet on the side. Besides this, I also like their Fromage Blanc Mousseline (swipe for photo).

* appetizer - Cured Tuna Carpaccio
* Main course - 24 Hour Confit Pork Belly, or Olive Oil Halibut Confit
* Dessert - Fromage Blanc Mousseline or Deep Fried Taro (pictured).
