Stopped by So Lemak on a whim, and the ayam berempah really surprised me. Chicken was hot, crispy and packed with flavour. The rempah bits were the real MVP. It’s crunchy, salty and full of spice. I kept picking at them even after the chicken was gone.

Sambal had a nice kick without going overboard and the rice is not super lemak but still held its own with a light coconut fragrance. Egg was perfectly runny, anchovies were crisp and the peanuts gave that classic nasi lemak crunch 》$8.50
