A crowd favourite, the Grandma’s “Te Kah” Bee Hoon ($14/S) is a must-have and was just as good as I remembered. Fork-tender, the almost melty braised pork leg going superbly well with the slurpy smoky wok-fried vermicelli that has soaked up all the savoury braising liquid. Flavourful and comforting.
