In Texas-Mexican cuisine, a fajita is grilled meat dish that is served with a tortilla wrap, bell peppers, and a side of sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and salsa. This was exactly what we received, and we had a sizzling plate of pork loin placed right before our eyes. It was fun to create our own little tortilla with the ingredients provided and the dish on the whole was impeccable.
