I love how the added touch of roasting the peppers gave the wrap a hint of charred fragrance and also how the mixture of cheddar and mushroom gave the wrap a touch of moisture which made the wrap easier to swallow despite of the doughy, tough nature of wraps. The egg white was certainly the star here as each bite of the wrap contained a mouthful of it ◡̈
