Part of our “sugar rush dinner”, we had their puff in 3 flavours - chocolate, salted egg lava and hokkaido cream. The puff texture is those crossiant type and not those choux puff kind. So expect it to have more layers of the pastry skin. Filling is quite little as compared to the size of this puff so it gets abit quite dry after a while.
Initially we thought that the one with the icing sugar is hokkaido cream, but it turns out to be the salted egg lava! LOL! What a “pastry stigma” we had here?!
