Rich yet not all too cloying, the Red Prawn Malfadine ($35) had a great Asian touch to it as the flavour from the lime leaf was pretty distinct. Like a “seafood bisque meets Thai curry” sort of sauce, the flavour was very pleasant. The pasta was al dente. The Raw Red Prawns were delightful as well - delicate and mildly sweet. I am, however, fairly lukewarm about the Fried Spot Prawns as they weren’t crunchy enough for me and the flavour was a little strong.
