Paid $5 to try all these food made with Impossible meat! I really like the spring roll and the crispy pancake because the flavours of the ‘meat’ blended really well in the dish. The burger patty really looked like it was made out of meat but there was a soy aftertaste. Impressive nonetheless! Wouldn’t mind eating this as an alternative to meat and I’m looking forward to try more of such dishes!

P.S The atmosphere was really great and hyped up so although we needed to queue for ~1h I didn’t feel weary or tired. Kudos to the Impossible Team!
