On the last day, we had lunch ordered in at the comfort of our bed. Everyone knows that queuing at Here Hai takes about an hour, and as lazy as we were, we chose GrabFood instead of waiting under the hot sun. Prices listed here are GrabFood rates; if you go to the shop it is cheaper, but the trade-off is the long queue.

Insane Crab Fried Rice XL Size (THB 1395)
Good for 5–6 pax. The rice came with wok hei aroma, smoky and fragrant, each grain glistening with oil and egg. Generous chunks of crab meat gave bursts of sweetness and umami, making every spoonful rich and satisfying. The cucumber and spring onion garnish added a refreshing crunch against the hearty rice.

Stir-Fried Mantis Shrimp with Garlic and Pepper (THB 525)
The shrimp were coated in golden garlic bits and peppery seasoning, savoury and aromatic. While the texture softened slightly during delivery, the flavour remained bold, with the garlic crispiness and pepper heat lingering on the palate. Best enjoyed fresh at the shop, but still tasty even at home.

Fried Shrimp Roll (THB 380)
Golden brown rolls with a chewy bite. The crisp exterior gave way to a soft, savoury filling, making them a fun snack to pair with the mains. Slightly oily but comforting, especially when eaten warm.
