The “Cevenne Onion” that changed Chef Jason’s life.
No meal is complete without desserts and your Lunch Menu Experience ($158++) starts off with the palate cleanser of a guava sorbet before the main dessert, which all of us switched from the Speculoos to Chef Jason’s signature dessert, “My Favourite Childhood Memory”.
During my previous visit to Corner House, I clearly remembered that the appetizers and desserts stole the show as the mains were not my favourite thing during the meal.
Starting off with the 5-course Lunch Menu Experience ($158++) from One-Michelin star restaurant, Corner House, are the amuse bouche and appetizers.
Sumi Ika Riso, seaweed, buckwheat, cider, menegi Corner House never fails to impress me, I highly recommend you to either enjoy their dinner menu or take their lunch experience ($158++), which we did.
