O.bba does the Tangsuyuk different. One, it adds thick chunks of deep fried lotus root! Two, the sweet and sour sauce is kept separate from the fried pork in a Pyrex beaker! Not a bad idea 💡 I can understand why some of us would like less sauce and crispier pork. Overall the sweet and sour sauce lacks that vinegary tang. Maybe we are too used to 咕噜肉 but it could have been you know... more RED. Lol. Order this as part of the Jajjangmyeon and jjangpong set to stretch your dollar further.
