O.bba does the Tangsuyuk different. One, it adds thick chunks of deep fried lotus root! Two, the sweet and sour sauce is kept separate from the fried pork in a Pyrex beaker! Not a bad idea πŸ’‘ I can understand why some of us would like less sauce and crispier pork. Overall the sweet and sour sauce lacks that vinegary tang. Maybe we are too used to ε’•ε™œθ‚‰ but it could have been you know... more RED. Lol. Order this as part of the Jajjangmyeon and jjangpong set to stretch your dollar further.
