The Truffle Egg Prosciutto would be a strong contender for an umami contest, if there ever is one. Sitting on top of a thick slice of brioche, the generous slices of prosciutto pairs really well with creamy scrambled eggs and shaved truffles.

Also enjoyed the duck cassoulet with sourdough. The duck leg confit was tender and went really well with the stew.

Apart from the food, the cozy environment also makes for a nice place to relax over a cuppa.
