Oily, slimy, and tasteless, this dish was absolutely torrid and nothing from what I know bone marrow to be; which is usually succulent, juicy and full of flavour! No wonder it was littered with so much spring onions ><

Despite this, I have to commend the service that I received at Bedrock Bar & Grill:
One of the waiters came over to ask us about the food and I gave my 2 cents worth of feedback - I asked how the bone marrow was prepared and shared that the bone marrow I am used to having is usually rich in flavour. He promptly informed me shortly after that this dish was removed from the bill and apologised. I was floored because he didn't need to do that for us. That left a deep impression and even though I find the food here a little overpriced, it would give me a reason to come again. Well done Bedrock Bar & Grill for taking care of your customers!
