This is one salted egg fish skin that I would recommend you to try. I've given several packets of these to my friends and family to try, and thus far all of them love it.

Personally, I found that every piece was very crispy, yet they felt less oily. It was also less salty, balanced by some sweetness.

I was told that they use premium orangey egg yolk, without added MSG and artificial preservative. To retain its freshness, these are produced in small batches from wok everyday, then baked till crispy to ensure uniform coating and to keep the oil content low.
