Hello, a la carte buffets. No more looking over the buffet spread or watching the chefs prepare a bowl of laksa. It has now evolved to a la carte buffet where we can order as much as we want from a menu chit before food is prepared and served to table in perfect portions. Although this changes the standard buffet experience, we get to spend more time with our dining partners and food wastage is significantly reduced.
