I've had the croissant on many other occasions but was never quite impressed by it but this time it was different. It was light, crispy and buttery but the centre was still warm and really soft. The warm and soft centre I feel made the difference.

The Kouign Amann had always been the one to order, at least for me. It is a Breton cake made with bread dough with layers of butter and sugar folded in. Sinful perhaps but sooo good you will probably not stop at one bite 😋.
