Alati’s selection of fresh fish are flown in at least thrice weekly directly from the Aegean Sea. The Aegean Sea is where much of Greece's seafood comes from.

What you see here is 750g, grilled and deboned. Indeed a beautiful Mediterranean fish with a flaky texture with a richer flavour of the sea than most other white fish.
