Other than the Ebi Mentaiyaki Kaisendon ($19.90), we got to try the kaisendon with their hotate. Similarly, we liked the hotate more than the sashimi cubes. They were plump and fresh, marinated lightly which retained its original sweetness. Would be nice to have slightly more rice and less cucumbers in the mix.
