I love Jai Thai’s version of this Claypot vermicelli with prawns . It is neither too oily Nor salty Nor overly saucy Nor too dry - just the right amount of sauce and seasoning against a fragrant undertone of garlic , onions and spring onions.
The serving of prawns are generous and the prawns are pretty fresh too :)
The vermicelli is well cooked and QQ - soaking up every bit of the prawn flavour. Slices of mushrooms have also been added to soak up all the beautiful flavours.
A very well executed dish and standards have been consistently good every time 😊
For 14 dollars ,I would say that this dish is really value of money . One would ordinary find this dish costing 18 to 25 dollars at most other thai restaurants.
