Burger with a local twist
.
A gigantic panko-coated mackerel fish otah patty, juicy tomato slices, purple cabbage slaw, caramelised onions, gooey yolked sunny side-up fried egg, all tucked between soft charcoal sesame buns and a side of shoestring fries
.
For me, the star of the dish was the spicy mackerel fish otah patty. I like that O’TAH wasn’t stingy with the patty. It had a generous thickness to it. The patty was soft and a rich mouthfeel.

The purple cabbage slaw provided nice crunch while oozing running yolk added a richer note to the patty and buns

Leaving me a lasting first impression
