Probably my favourite dish here.

While it's called a tartine, this was rlly big, definitely good enough to fill one despite how it might seem in the picture

Ciabatta was crispy and had just enough chew, but the toppings were what made the dish shine. While I'm not usually a fan of sweet and savoury, the blatantly sweet taste profiles of the pear and the caramelised onions were tied with the savoury bacon thru the ingenious use of crunchy rosemary that was unabashed in its aroma. These few interesting components has got such harmony, though it could probably do with more ricotta.

Definitely a must try here
