How do you like your CLAms cooked? While my favourite would be those stir-fried with sambal chilli ๐Ÿ”ฅ at BBQ stalls, this rendition at Mischief were equally delightful. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
.
Their Buttered Clams ($18++) features 500g of fresh Korean flower clams that were sufficiently plump & juicy! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ The natural sweetness retained from the steaming process was a clear indication of its ultimate freshness! ๐Ÿ’ฏ
.
The dashi stock was light & refreshing, with its slight savoury flavours complementing the sweet clams. ๐Ÿ˜‹ Topped with some sauteed garlic, lightly browned butter, a splash of white wine ๐Ÿฅ‚, chopped parsley & okaka furikake seasoning, this was an unpretentious bowl that all seafood lovers would be delighted with. ๐Ÿ’•
.
For a more filling meal, go for their Clam & Bacon Linguine ($24++) which features a generous of clams, sauteed bacon ๐Ÿฅ“, garlic, chopped Italian parsley & a splash of virgin olive oil. A wonderful plate! ๐Ÿ’ฏ
