Ordered the Cha Ppong ($15.80) and Vongole Ppong ($16.80)

The type of noodles used is jjolmyeon (wheat noodles), which has a really springy and chewy texture which i really liked😋👍🏻 Oh and can i just say that their banchan is free flow and seriously addictive??😹 Each bowl was filled generously with ingredients such as cabbage, mussels,cockels , squid, prawns, and quail eggs. -Cha Ppong-
There was the option to choose either level 1 or 2 of spiciness and i chose the former because..spice tolerance low 😹 But don't belittle level 1 because it is already quite spicy 😰 But i loved the sweet-spicy broth, damn flavourful and addictive i swear. Finished everything albeit after several napkins because my nose was running from the spice haha 😅😅 Those who can take spice, go ahead and order the level 2 and tell me what you think!🙈 -Vongole Ppong-
I would think that the base for this Ppong would be more suitable for those with a lighter palate and prefer milder tastes as whilst it is still flavourful, it is less strong and not at all overpowering. Said to be cooked with white wine but don't let that deter you from ordering this if you happen to abhor alcohol because i couldn't really taste any hint of alcohol haha. ‼️Tip: For 1-for-1 ppongs, flash the exclusive promotion on the burpple app when ordering (5th picture) 😜
