Those with expensive taste can go for red wine & figs, truffle, or foie gras butter. As for those who are adventurous, try sambal, lemon chilli, spicy salted egg york, or orange ginger butter. 😍

This slab of 150 days grain fed steak tasted extra delicious when paired with red wine & figs butter. 👍 The aroma was apparent and there was a mild sweetness that balance out the savory taste of the tender meat. For this price range, I'd be back to try the steak with other butter. 😄
