niku truly lives up to its name; just look at the generous amount of chashu!!! compared to tonkotsu king, niku king’s broth is creamier and richer because they use fattier cuts. am glad i opted for less salty, otherwise it’d have been too overwhelming for me! as for the chashu, they were really though a little too fatty for my liking. what i liked most about this was actually the noodles - thicker than the usual ramen noodles and so so springy!!! with a nice firm bite to it. tbh the ideal ramen for me would be tonkotsu king’s broth + niku king’s noodles 🤣🤭
