Mondays are made for fluffy, fragrant, feel-good waffles! 🧇

Apart from their great coffee (as verified by my mother), Pocket by @flipcoffeeroasters Savoury Waffle ($9) crowned with a bomb-ass pat of seasonal infused butter was simply delightful. Love the wonderfully herbaceous scallion honey butter. Oh and texture-wise, the waffle more of the light, airy, not-that-crisp kind.
