The dessert selection may be small here, but the Pulut Hitam was one that we enjoyed. Heavy on coconut milk, the Pulut Hitam was served chilled; dense and fragrant with the whiff of the black glutinous rice alongside the creamy coconut milk, the coconut ice-cream helps to enhance the flavours more as it melts into the dessert.
