From a while back, but still have dreams of this. I'd go ahead and throw out the most overused word in gourmet circles โ but this ๐๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ถ๐ฒ ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ๐ผ๐๐น ($40) was truly supremely ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต.

The wagyu striploin was immensely tender and bursting with flavour; the foie gras gently dissolved on my tongue, whilst leaving a prominent impression of its luxurious flavour.

What tied it together though, was the mix of the rice with the intoxicating garlic chips, beautifully coated with a silky onsen egg โ fragrant and texturally pleasing.
