Sorbet wasn’t icy, the rose thankfully wasn’t very strong as I’m not usually a fan, peach was more dominant here. Was an okay flavour, felt that it was a tiny bit more gummy, maybe due to the pectin in peaches??

Vanilla fig was great as usual 🫶🏻 I like that the vanilla bean flavour is distinct (especially at the start) and you can see specks of vanilla so you know it’s from the pod and not an extract/flavouring. The fig comes in to bring some texture and additional natural sweetness!
