Kinoko Tofu ($8) Handmade beancurd filled with assorted earthy mushrooms.

This was just 1/4 of the actual portion, & my mind was screaming for some rice to go along with it. Definitely one of those times that I didn't mind converting to a vegetarian diet. Itadakimasu 🙏🏻

Beside the Sashimi Yusheng @choubeisg that are quite impressive.

Yusheng (price for this portion unknown, but starts from $68++).

Crispy goodness of deep fried Japanese sole fish served with ponzu dip, great classic side & appetiser that goes real well with some shots of Sakae.

Mixed shredded vegetables blanketed with sliced Assorted Premium Raw Fishes, drizzled with hand-made dressing starting from $68!

Deep fried prawn tempura, look at all the tails sticking out!

Asari Battayaki ($18)
Stir-fry clams with garlic & butter, the combination that never goes wrong.

Ong's maki was my second favourite besides the savoury sashimi yusheng😋 It comprises of 4-5 types of seasonal premium fishes.
