Not the best cheese combination I have tried, but it's decent. For those who don't know what the cheese tastes like - think of a BAKE cheese tart in foamy form. Slightly salty, slightly sweet. You try each layer by itself first, then muddle it together & drink it all up. When you do, the cheese taste isn't that prominent anymore. ☺
