Felt like some caveman discovering fire for the 1st time.🤣 Participating @menbaka_sg fire ritual just to get our 1 for 1 deal on flame-on ramen.🔥🍜
Their ramen although isn't exceptionally excellent but rather more of a unique innovative combination flavour of original & char-burntness that leave the eater a burning memory alongside with the fire dance. The flaming ramen had the basic taste of what to expect from a ramen, comes with spams of green onion and 2 pieces of thinly sliced cha shu which is not fatty at all. Noodles were thick and al dente, broth gets oily but helps the green onion brings out its rich natural flavours after the fire show.

Tonkotsu Fire Ramen($18.90)😍
Rich & creamy pork bone flavour, more prominent in the char burnt taste.
