Calling all JB-goers, you might have seen @mengmengroastduck in @jbcitysquare & @kslcity, but did you know that the owner, Ah Meng was actually an apprentice at the famed Restoran Ya Wang back when he was still a teen.

We ordered the roasted meat combination (M) that includes Roasted Duck with Chinese Herbs, Roasted Honey Pork (Char Siew) & Roasted Crispy Pork (Sio Bak). Boy oh boy was I not disappointed at all 😊. I have to say the herbal roast duck here surpassed my expectations, as well as the ones being served at Restoran Ya Wang. Both the charsiew and siobak were equally good too but if I had to nitpick, I feel that the crispy siobak skin could be thicker. #whatisdigestingJB
