The wondrous sauce makes the entire dish – it was an unbelievably tasty creation, like a zesty combination of skim-milk mayonnaise and Pure Yoga oil, with oodles of vitality. Everything tasted a bajillion times better with the sauce – the fish, the potatoes, and even the random flowers and apple balls. Elsewhere, the fish was nicely well-cooked, and the salted fish skin was a crispy delight. I can understand why the potatoes were “new” – their surprising softness suggest they might have been plucked from the nearest PAP Kindergarten for your dining pleasure. 4.5/5
