These hokkaido scallops done by visiting chef, Pieter from Flint at the JW Hong Kong were one of my favorite dishes from the #tasteofjw event held at the JW Marriott Singapore.

Beautifully presented in it's shell, perfectly seared scallops were paired with the thinnest slice of spicy iberico chorizo. Piquillo peppers lent a burst of sweetness while the accompanying oysterleaf was a genius touch that really brought everything together 😋
