Chicken Curry Mee (the more authentic kind is to have half yellow noodles half bee hoon, but I had the thick bee hoon 😝) Slurping on the smooth noodles bathed in flavourful curry broth is something I would like to have on a rainy morning like this.

Every ingredient in this bowl was so on point. The tau pok was full of curry soup, it gushes out in your mouth. You could choose to de-bone your chicken, which was what I did.
