From today onwards, Sideways has launched a new lunch menu which includes soon-to-be-favourites such as the Smoked Brisket Sandwich ($18), Squid Morta Cigars ($13) and the Charred Scallops and Smoked Broth ($18), the latter a seasonal item in the menu and served with their homemade freshly baked bread. The vision of Sideways is focused on serving healthy, nutritious and sustainable food produce without compromising on the taste and convenience. Take for example the Squid Morta Cigars which uses no MSG or additives, and cooked in their home-built firebrick oven, served with sliced mortadella. Last but not least, for someone who wishes to have a meatier light bite, there’s The Big Souvlaki ($18); pulled lamb ribs joining forces with a mixed salad, cucumbers and jalepno hummus on a taco wrap.
