This is a modern Japanese izakaya, conjured by celebrity chef Justin Foo. Here are some interesting dishes we tried:

Stars ambrosial sea urchin; hickory-smoked to accentuate the sweetness of the uni, matched with briny salmon roe and fragrant truffle cream in a delicate shortcrust pastry shell.
