Finally a photo of my fave cut at my fave steakhouse in natural lighting. Chunky, juicy, fatty, and perfectly done med rare. This is one of the few steakhouses in SG where you don't need to "under order" the doneness for them to get it right. I'm not a big eater (max 150g for me) so this 400-500g steak is more than enough for two pax. I also like the tangy house bbq sauce, cos I'm Asian and I always need condiments, even for steak (yes yes, purists be horrified, whatevs).

💡 I would advise to skip the sides and appetisers, they are unfortunately all below average, especially the cesar salad which is downright measly. I've tried them all over multiple visits.
