Out of their 10 must-try dishes, we sampled a total of 4 during our visit, starting with the staff recommended Salmon Truffle Angle Hair Pasta ($30), which comes with a thick slab of grilled salmon with the accompany angel hair pasta and a side salad topped with ikura and finished with truffle oil. The salmon was slightly overcooked that day as the meat was rather dry, but it was just a slight downside from an overall hearty plate.
I had the Hake & Chips ($32) which comes with kimchi tartare and the thick potato fries was a joy to eat. Our favourite savory dish has got to be the Crispy Korean Fried Chicken with Signature Yangnyeom Sauce ($28) which comes with a 1/2 chicken portion that is paired with house-made pickles, compressed apples, red radish, pickled carrot and pickled cucumber, all these to help balance the sweetness and savouriness from the yangnyeom sauce. For desserts, we got the recent trended Kroffle, a fusion of croissant and waffle, that comes with a scoop of ice cream ($20).
