Hokkien Fried Noodles
So good - I feel like shouting out to the whole world ๐ŸŒ

The bomb is in the broth and the homemade sambal chilli !

I squeal with excitement when I find such a burpple worthy stall .

The fried prawn Mee is soooooo good - I gladly slurped it down even after dinner .

The noodles were well cooked and soaked up the prawn broth which boasted of umami. Mind you - Fresh prawns were used here instead of crystal fake looking prawns so thatโ€™s a plus plus plus !

The noodles were so smooth and I liked it that the portion of thick bee hoon and yellow noodles were on par - and the yellow noodles did not present an alkaline taste.

The Chilli ๐ŸŒถ was so good - you know itโ€™s made In House when you can still Taste the texture of the rempah . The combination of this sweet sambal chilli with the savoury prawn noodles was a match make in heaven .
